Electromagnetic radiation consists of oscillating electric and magnatic fields perpendicular to each other and also perpendicular to their direction of propagation.
The same thing can be said in he other way,
These radiations are said to be electromagnetic radiation , because when they pass through a point in space , they produce oscillating elecric and magnetic field at that point.
What is there that u didnt understand here?
