Draw proper dia and resolve force F into two components Fsin@ will cancel each other and Fcos@ will add ............. where @ is angle which forces make with y-axis.
so net force toward the origin is 2Fcos@=-(2kqQ/x*x)*cos@.......... (where cos@=y/x)
so Net force the origin is = -2kqQy/x*x*x
here y ivary b/w -2a to 2a. 

so answer is (d)

but if y is very small as compare to a then it will execute SHM
