Hi,

At equilibrium,

F(e)=F(sp)

Eq=kx

x=Eq /k

For the maximum displacement of oscillation,the velocity there is zero,

1 /2 mv²+ 1 /2 kx²+Eqx

1 /2 kx=Eq x=2Eq/ k
