COFEPOSA  deals with the Economic Offences.   COFEPOSA (the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act) is Indian law passed in 1974 for conservation of foreign exchange and preventing smuggling. ASSOCHAM has demanded its repeal.
