The All-India Bank Officers' Confederation (AIBOC) has made out a list of demands, which include five-day week, regulated working hours, recruitment of adequate number of workers and to take the confederation into confidence before implementing the recommendations of Khandelwal Committtee.

AIBOC plans to go on a one-day strike in the first week of March, if its demands are not met with, said Mr Dipankar Mukherjee, General- Secretary, AIBOC, West Bengal Unit.
