in rolling ball in work energy equation why we do not consider loss of energy due to the friction.

Hey In case of pure rolling the friction of point of contact is zero.......that is v=rw, hence friction doesnt do work .

During pure rolling friction does not act as there is no relative motion betweeen the point of contact & the ground hence work done by it it is zero

As rolling motion is translatory + rotatory motion. So velocity of point of contact is zero means any point of the rolling body that comes in contact with surface has zero velocity beacuse at this point velocity due to tranlatory motion and rotatory motion are in opposite direction. so work done by frictional force is zero.

in pure rolling without slipping we do not conider friction bcoz the point which is in touch of ground is the POINT OF INSTANTANEUS REST. so it does not move so there is no friction.
