All of these who answered probably dont know what actually is audio engineering.Probably your are gay enuf to post such a intelligent question here.Stupid ppl who replied to ur question, dont listen to em.Yes you can make music in loops, if u know any instrument then you can make good music too but the success rate of ur music sellling is very less cause its ordinary in india maybe abroad.Best O luck .
